Flavored butter is delicious and can make a simple dish, amazing! Use it on bread, scones, pancakes, corn on the cob, on top of fish or meat…I mean, the options are endless.

Parsley, Chili, Garlic and Lemon Butter
1 Stick or 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
4 Tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley
1 tsp Chili Flakes
4 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
Zest of 1 Lemon
1/2 tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper

Orange Mint Butter
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
2 T honey 1 T finely chopped fresh mint
1 t orange zest
Lemon Cranberry Butter
1 stick (½ c) butter at room temperature
2 T raw honey
1 T dried cranberries or dried cherries, roughly chopped
1 t lemon zest

Directions For Flavored Butters:
Put the butter with all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix with a rubber spatula until well combined. To cut the butter into slices, like in the photo above: Place the butter in the center of a sheet of plastic-wrap and roll into a log shape. Keep it in the fridge until it’s harden, then cut into individual serving slices.
