Oh okay, it's March. Nobody panic. It's just March hahahahaha it's fine.

It’s that point in the year where we start to realize just how quickly time passes!

I’ve been hearing a lot of “I can’t believe it’s already March!” and we get this sense of anxiety thinking about all the things that we want to do – and the energy and time it takes to do actually it.

I definitely get overwhelmed too. When I find myself feeling that way, I go back to my routines.
