Blending 101:

Step 1: Choose any one type of leafy organic greens available!
  • Remove the stems and use the leaves only
  • Remember to rotate your greens and not take the same type every day!
Step 2: Choose 2 or 3 of your favourite fruits!
  • Try to keep at least one of the fruits a dense fruit such as bananas, mangoes or papayas to give your green smoothie a creamy and thicker texture.
Step 3: Place all ingredients into a blender, add water, blend in less than 30 secs and voila!

  1. I have been reading a number of articles stating that drinking (fruit) juices has a lot of fructose instead of the fibres which is what the body really needs. Better off eating fruit. How true is that? Also, the recent marketing and availability of slow juicer, cold-pressed juicer. How good are they with the normal blender in comparison? I can’t really tell if using the former two, I am really having the nutrients in my juices.
