Hi Janie! I haven’t tried it, and I had a look around, but saw no mention of anyone baking kailan…but experimenting in the kitchen is a great thing! If you give it a go, just use the leafy part and remove the spine and I guess see what happens!
do check out Zenxin, they sell kale and can deliver their produce to your home!
