I’d seen the recipe for kale chips going around, and pretty much every one has described them as “addictive.” After trying it for myself…that is exactly how I’d put it! Positively delicious and so super rich in nutrients, this is possibly the perfect snack!

Kale Chips Recipe
- 1-2 tsp Olive Oil
- Sea salt or rock salt
Preheat your oven to 135 degrees Celsius. Cut the spine off the kale and divide the leaf up into bite size chunks. Coat the entire leaf with olive oil, making sure that every bit is covered. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the leaves are crispy, giving it a flip-over mid way through. Take it out, sprinkle some salt and sit back and enjoy!
p.s. Parents, give this a go with your kids! It’s crunchy like a potato chip, my four year old went bananas for them and actually begged for more! Happy days!
