It’s called Pasture to Plate – if you eat meat, I think its crucial we understand how to eat sustainably. This is an opportunity to learn first hand from an Australian cattleman who rears grass-fed, free range cattle. He’s going to share the process, how to find sustainable meat in Singapore, how to identify the right cut of meat for the right dish and how to make the best steak of your life – with a happy heart!
This is a 2 hour demonstration and meat tasting workshop!
