Learning how to become a morning person is going to help you take control of your day and give you the energy to do all the things that matter to you. I’ve taught hundreds of people to live a healthier, more natural lifestyle through my in-person workshops, and I share my tips and strategies with 150,000 Little Green Dot readers every month. I’ll show you the exact techniques my expert friends and I use to wake up early and have amazing productive days.

Rise, and live like you really want to.
Why become a morning person?
As a morning person, by the time the day gets started, you already feel energized, you’ve taken care of yourself and you’ve set yourself up for a great day ahead. You’ve put yourself first – and that feeling has a massive impact on what you do and the choices you make. You no longer chase your day – you create your day.
What would you do with more time in your day?
Whether you want to exercise more, work on side-projects that inspire you, cook meals for the week ahead or spend time taking care of yourself, this 28 day course is going to teach you how to create time to do the things that are important to you. Week by week, you’ll be guided through new practices that will help you transform into a go-getting morning person. From how you go to sleep to how you start your day: those crucial hours will impact how you feel and what you do throughout the rest of the day.
