I’ve taught hundreds of people to live a healthier, more natural lifestyle through my in-person workshops, and I share my tips and strategies with 150,000 Little Green Dot readers every month. The inventor of the Pang’s Expansion Pharyngoplasty snoring surgery, Dr. Pang attends to all forms of sleep disorders, including snoring, sleep apnea, insomnia and sleep walking. Dr. Pang is the author of Sleep Matters and Singapore’s Handbook of ENT & Sleep Disorders. He also published an American surgical textbook for specialists, doctors and medical students, Advanced Surgical Techniques for Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

All you need is an email address
It doesn’t matter in which country you live, this course is designed to be accessible to anyone, anywhere! Lessons are delivered over email and will work on your computer or smartphone. Additional course content will be made available on this website – so if can read this, you can register for the course!

Starting a new healthy habit is always easier when you have support. For four weeks starting Monday, you’ll have access to me to answer your questions and to support you along the way. You’ll also be part of a community of thousands of motivated people, who like you – want to create time for the things that matter. So, for this to work, we need to have a set schedule and a firm deadline – the doors close on Sunday at 23:59pm GMT.

What time do I need to wake up?
Everyone is different, so I won’t be asking you to join the 6 am club, or the 5 am club. This class is not about what time to wake up, it’s about how you start your day. But the truth is, by the the end of the 28 days you’ll actually be looking forward to early starts!
