combine the dry ingredients in a food processor or bowl
slowly drizzle in the first tablespoon of oil until a “dough” forms. Add more oil if it’s too crumbly, but a little at a time.
you can take the “dough” to the table and knead until you get a dense, firm dough
roll into balls
if it’s too crumbly, add more oil. If it’s too wet add more ground oat flour
stores 2-3 weeks in an airtight container
stores 2-3 months in the fridge. But they will be hard, so you’ll need to let it come to room temp before using.
