Ginger Digestive Drink

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • Sprinkle cayenne pepper
  • ½ Tsp coconut palm sugar or yacon syrup to sweeten only if required


  • Mix all ingredients, stir and drink 20 minutes before lunch or dinner to help aid digestion
