The Shower Workout Scrub
Is just that – a workout! The more you get into it, the better the effects. Dampen your body, turn off the water and do squats at you scrub up and down your legs, squeeze your booty! I’m not kidding! You’ll get a fantastic glow, the softest yummiest skin and a little workout in your day.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp finely ground coffee
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 4-5 tbsp oil of choice
Mix all the dry ingredients until well combined, slowly pour in the oil until it reaches a consistency you like.
This scrub works best on damp skin. Leave the scrub on for 10 minutes as a skin mask.
Use it twice per week for best results.
