Recover Your Voice Ginger + Chamomile Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 inches thinly sliced ginger
  • 1 tbsp chamomile tea
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Set the water to simmer 
  • Add in the ginger and simmer for 15 minutes
  • Turn off the heat, and throw in the chamomile. Let it sit for 3 minutes
  • Strain and add honey to taste
  • Drink throughout the day
