  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar "with the mother"
  • 1 tbsp dried peppermint
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender


  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend for 20 seconds, or until all of the herbs have fully broken down 
  • Strain the vinegar and discard the herbs 
  • Pour the herbal vinegar into a warm/hot bath. Soak for 20 minutes
