I’m not sure that I can ever go back now. Everything has changed! I’d recently given my green shake an upgrade – replacing a lot of the sugary fruit with low-glycemic fruits. It was better for my body and I noticed the difference. Clean, got cleaner.
Now it just got upgraded, again! After watching this adorable video from Jools, Jamie Oliver’s wife making a morning fruit and yogurt shake for her kids – I thought I’d try my morning shake with almond milk instead of the usual water… I about fell to the ground! It’s creamy, and naturally sweet. It fills you up and gives you a boost calcium and vitamins – but mostly, it tastes amazing!
If you haven’t tried this creamy version of a green smoothie yet, I implore you to get blending! If you can, get your hands on this brand, Rude Health, it’s by far my favorite almond milk and was introduced to me by my nutritionist at the Nutrition Clinic. It’s pure with no weird added ingredients – pretty much as close to homemade as it gets.
Creamy Dreamy Green Smoothie

- blend up and enjoy
Singapore, here’s where to find Rude Health Almond Milk:
You can buy the Rude Health brand at Redmart, though they only carry oat and coconut milk. I’ve used coconut milk as well (made with rice milk and coconut butter) and it’s amazing!
Four Seasons Organic Market at Parkway Parade stock all the flavours – call ahead to see if their stock is in.

Hi Dawn,
I bought them from LeBono, click here , but I don’t see it on their site. Shoot an email to the owner, his name is Scott ( [email protected] ) – you can link to my article and ask him if he still has more in stock! It’s the perfect size and I love using it!!
