Hi Melissa! Yes, they’re super similar – but the difference is that the cleansing toner has aloe and applecider and the lotion has aloe and oil
You shake to combine, since we don’t have an emulsifier – but it goes on really nicely! Hope you give it a try 🙂 PS – your blog is beautiful!!
Hi Militza, Melissa’s right — there seems to have been some oversight in the editing where the cleanser instructions got copied into the spray lotion section.
Also, it seems the perfume should be step 3, not 2?
Thanks for the article though, very helpful for creating a quick fuss free morning routine!
Hi Rachel!! You guys are 100% right! Thanks so much!! I updated the post and fixed the errors – lucky to have an extra set of eyes on this. Thanks again Rachel and Melissa! 🙂
Loving all of this!! How simple yet invigorating. Thank you #littlegreendot
This is amazing! I was wondering where would you suggest to buy these oils from? Other than ordering online I’m not sure where to find these unique type of oils or the type of products you use in some of your beauty products. Let me know thanks!!!
Hi Zakia
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it! If you can’t easily find essential oils – a good tip is to ask people behind the counter at health food stores, yoga studios, farmer’s markets or any space where you might find like minded people. They might direct you to a little store or essential oil brand that you hadn’t seen yet 🙂
Most of the ingredients that I use, can be found in health food stores or supermarkets – I hope you can find it! Where are you based? Let us know if you uncover any good spots!

I’ve been doing water + microfiber cloth followed by a moisturizer in the morning. Your method seems so much more invigorating and equally no-fuss. Pinning!
Hi Courtney! Yes! I’m loving microfiber cloths for cleansing – you might even try the Cleansing Face Wipe, and use your cloth instead of cotton pads. Even better! 🙂
